The public is welcome to join us on Zoom for United Way Winnipeg’s 2022/23 Annual General Meeting.
At our AGM, the business of the meeting will include:
- report on activities in 2022/23
- audited financial statements
- elections to Board of Trustees
- approval of changes to the United Way Winnipeg By-Laws
Copies of the 2022/23 Audited Financial Statements will be available on our website or on request by contacting United Way Winnipeg’s office.
Clause 5:04(b) of Revised Bylaw No.1 reads:
“A nomination for Trustee of any individual not nominated as such in a report of the Nominating Committee shall be in writing signed by at least five members, and shall be received by the Secretary no less than twenty-five (25) days prior to the annual meeting at which such nomination is to be presented, together with a statement in writing signed by such nominee indicating a willingness to serve as Trustee if elected.”
The report of the Nominating Committee as to its nominations for trustees is now available.
