United Way Winnipeg’s management staff works closely with our Board of Trustees and other volunteers to oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization. The management staff spearheads executing our strategic plan Strategic Directions, and manages ongoing relationships with United Way Winnipeg stakeholders, which includes donors, investors, sponsors, volunteers and employees.
