After the golfing Ron Brown, President & CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of Winnipeg, shared the story of a 12-year-old boy who was able fulfill his dream of going to a Winnipeg Jets game through United Way’s Dream Seats program. The youngster got to watch the Jets beat the Edmonton Oilers in overtime and a Jets player gave him a team-signed stick – something he now treasures.

The annual golf tournament could not happen without the effort of a fantastic volunteer committee that works very hard to make the day a success.
