United Way Winnipeg’s 2025 Luncheon and AGM
Alloway Hall at the Manitoba Museum
Thursday, June 26
11 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
Registration and Refreshments: 11 a.m.
Program and Lunch: 11:30 a.m.
AGM: 1 p.m.
Tickets: $60 each or $600 for a table of 10 people
The AGM will follow the lunch program and is free to attend.
If you plan on attending the AGM only, you don’t need to RSVP to attend.
RSVP Deadline: Wednesday, June 18
At our AGM, the business of the meeting will include:
• report on activities in 2023-2024
• audited financial statements
• elections to the Board of Trustees
• approval of changes to the United Way Winnipeg Bylaws
Copies of the 2023-2024 Audited Financial Statements will be available on our website or upon request by contacting United Way Winnipeg’s office. Copies of the updated Bylaws are also available by request.
Clause 5:04(b) of Revised Bylaw No.1 reads:
“A nomination for Trustee of any individual not nominated as such in a report of the Nominating Committee shall be in writing signed by at least five members and shall be received by the Secretary no less than twenty-five (25) days prior to the annual meeting at which such nomination is to be presented, together with a statement in writing signed by such nominee indicating a willingness to serve as Trustee if elected.”
