The cost of food for Winnipeggers continues to soar. More than 60,000 people now visit food banks every month. 1 in 5 kids go hungry in our province every day.

United Way Winnipeg’s Food Security Supports Grant helps agency partners address immediate needs to feed people in their communities. Last month, 23 agencies each received between $5,000 to $25,000 for snacks and meal programs, hampers and pantries, fridges and freezers, and more.

THANK YOU to our caring donors, whose generosity supports both this grant and our incredible network of agencies supporting people through this crisis. ❤️
