On behalf of the Board of Trustees, I am pleased to welcome Connie Walker as Interim President & CEO of United Way Winnipeg. Connie rejoined the team on Monday, March 24, after former President & CEO Michael Richardson resigned for personal reasons in February.

Connie is a compassionate leader and devoted community builder who has dedicated her career to making Winnipeg a strong and supportive city for everyone. From 2014 to 2023, she was United Way Winnipeg’s President & CEO, enriching our organization and our city with her conviction, leadership, and grace.

As the celebration of our 60th anniversary approaches, we are excited to continue building on our stable foundation of championing real and lasting change across our city. We are grateful to share this vision with you, and your continued dedication and commitment mean the world to us!

With gratitude,

Donna Miller
Chair, Board of Trustees, United Way Winnipeg
