Community Services Recovery Fund announces slate of supported projects

Fund supports charities and non-profits as they focus on how to adapt their organizations for pandemic recovery

United Way Winnipeg is proud to partner with United Way Centraide Canada, the Canadian Red Cross, and Community Foundations of Canada to steward the Government of Canada’s Community Services Recovery Fund.

The Community Services Recovery Fund is a $400 million investment from the federal government to support charities and non-profits as they focus on how to adapt their organizations for pandemic recovery.  Now more than ever, charities and nonprofits are playing a key role in addressing persistent and complex social problems faced by all Canadians.
