If you would like to join us virtually for our Annual General Meeting, please join us on Zoom.
At our AGM, the business of the meeting will include:
- report on activities in 2023-2024
- audited financial statements
- elections to the Board of Trustees
- approval of changes to the United Way Winnipeg Bylaws
Copies of the 2023-2024 Audited Financial Statements will be available on our website or upon request by contacting United Way Winnipeg’s office. Copies of the updated Bylaws are also available by request.
Clause 5:04(b) of Revised Bylaw No.1 reads:
“A nomination for Trustee of any individual not nominated as such in a report of the Nominating Committee shall be in writing signed by at least five members and shall be received by the Secretary no less than twenty-five (25) days prior to the annual meeting at which such nomination is to be presented, together with a statement in writing signed by such nominee indicating a willingness to serve as Trustee if elected.”
