Thank you for volunteering with your organization’s United Way Winnipeg campaign. Your enthusiasm and hard work make a tremendous difference in the lives of people right here in your community.

This toolkit provides information to help Employee Campaign Chairs (ECCs) through every step of your campaign. Included are tips, best practices, forms, templates, materials, videos and everything in between. These are all the necessary resources for coordinating a fun, educational and successful Workplace Campaign.

Online Giving

Our secure online giving tool Epledge offers an alternative to paper pledge forms. Each employee receives a personalized email link to our online system with a variety of methods to donate. If you’re interested in this system for your workplace, please ask your United Way Winnipeg staff partner.

Living on the Edge: Poverty Simulation
A half-day commitment for groups of 40-80, this is a unique, in-person experience offering a glimpse into what it might be like to live in a low-income family trying to survive. A powerful team-builder that grows your perspective, tolerance, compassion & empathy.

A digital poverty simulation that presents Winnipeggers with some of the same decisions people living in poverty face. This interactive experience shows the realities of surviving day-to-day, paycheque-to-paycheque and the impact it has on your overall well-being.
